Description
Josh’s Frogs Coco Brick (3 Pack) is created from finely ground coconut husk, sometimes called coco fiber, coconut fiber, or simply coco. Each 8 quart Coco Brick weighs 650g or 1.43 lbs, and will expand when soaked in dechlorinated water. Coco fiber is absorbent, easy to clean and facilitates burrowing. Clean, comfortable, and competitively priced!
Josh’s Frogs Coconut Beddings and Substrates are direct from a family owned production facility in Sri Lanka. All of the coconut bedding with the Josh’s Frogs label on it is organically grown, 100% biodegradable, and environmentally friendly. Josh’s Frogs Coconut Substrates are 100% safe for your plants and pets!
How to Prep: Soak for 15-30 minutes, or until coco fiber is expanded and there are no dry spots remaining. Each Coco Brick will expand to 4-6 times its original volume, based on the amount of water used. Only soak what you plan to use, do not store wet.
Recommended Animals: Coconut fiber is perfect for a wide range of lizards, snakes, tortoises, salamanders, frogs and other reptiles and amphibians that require moderate to high humidity. Coco Fiber is ideal for spiders, scorpions, tarantulas, millipedes, and other invertebrates as well!
